Dual-Role Disclosure

The Principal Consultant maintains current senior executive operations experience within Canada's regulated manufacturing industry, in addition to independent consulting through Coast Valley. These roles are kept separate; Coast Valley's advisory services are not provided on behalf of, or with the resources of, any employer.

NHP Scope Boundary

Coast Valley's Natural Health Product support is focused on practical GMP/site readiness, quality management systems, SOPs and records, supplier and contract-manufacturer qualification, manufacturing/packaging readiness, audits and ongoing operational quality support. Complex NPN dossier preparation, toxicology, clinical substantiation and scientific-claims development are not positioned as core Coast Valley services unless appropriately qualified specialist support is specifically included in the engagement.
